How to fix an admin error with Google single sign-in

If your school has Google email addresses and you'd like students to be able to log into Educake with them, your IT department might need to grant Educake access. Here's how to do this:

  1. Log in to the Google Admin Console

  2. Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls

  3. Find Educake under "App access control"

  4. Change Educake to "trusted" or grant these specific permissions:

    1. openid

    2. email

    3. profile
