How to fix an admin error with Microsoft single sign-in

If your school has Microsoft email addresses and would like to log into Educake with them, your IT department might need to grant Educake access. Here's how to do this:

  1. Log in to the Microsoft Entra admin centre

  2. Return to this article and click on this link, which will grant the relevant privileges: https://login.microsoftonline.com/36a233ae-e2b8-4460-95f7-addac9a1b6e4/adminconsent?client_id=e933ac2b-e3df-41a5-9cbb-cec0e585a6a6

  3. If the link above doesn't work, grant these privileges in the Microsoft Entra admin centre:

    1. ‘openid’

    2. ‘profile’

    3. ‘User.Read’
