You can see when a student last logged in from Manage Students, Classes and Years.
If you've selected one student, you'll see their last login in the panel to the right, like this:

f you've selected multiple students, you'll be able to view a login report with all their last logins. Do this by clicking "View login report" in the panel on the right:
