Students having technical problems
Some tips to help students who are experiencing issues
Here are things to try if you are having difficulties with Educake.
If you’re on a desktop:

Hard refresh the browser. If you are using a family computer please check with your parent or carer first. To do this, if you are using Windows, hold down the Ctrl key and press F5.

If that doesn't work, try using Educake on another browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
If you're on the website on a mobile phone:

Refresh the browser.

If that doesn't work, try using Educake on another browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
If you’re on our legacy app:
Our app is no longer available and we recommend using Educake in a browser instead, to make sure you're getting the full functionality. However, if you already have the app installed and are having a problem, you can try these steps:

Reopen the Educake app and try again.

Log out and log back in.

If that doesn't work, open a browser on your phone and go to www.educake.co.uk.
